Erasmus+ KA2 HER Sport Erasmus+ / Early Life Sklls & Gender Equality Through Football.

We met all the partners in #bari hosted from Pink Bari Basket in PalaCarrassi Bari for the first TPM in HERSPORT, a project co-funded from European Union under Erasmus+ programme KA2 action, that aims to reduce gender and social inequalities by using football as a means of experiential learning based on sport in early childhood education up to adolescence.

After some months and a lot of activities and initiatives in partners countries, it was important having the opportunity to discuss what we did and to share next steps.

All together we:

1.discussed about the preparation of Educational Training Programme, where our Pink Bari Calcio Femminile and all the athletes, will be selected for partecipate at new methodology that will be realized and tested.Thanks to the partecipation Cristina Mitola as Head Coach for young teams and will coordinate this phase.

2. overviewed what we did and what we have to do

3. started to prepare the next meeting in April with final destination #limassol / #cyprus. It will be really amazing because we’ll have the possibility to exchange athletes, training and best practices between Apollon Ladies F.C and Pink Bari Calcio Femminile;

Engaging children in sports activities, particularly football, not only promotes physical health but also fosters important values such as teamwork, respect, and fairness. In this way we create a positive and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and challenge societal norms!
